Role Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the technical lead responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing high-performance digital solutions across web, mobile, and server environments. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our entire application ecosystem—from frontend interfaces to backend AI integrations. 

Responsibilities :

• Lead Technical Architect: Design and develop scalable web applications using Next.js and React.js, and architect cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS. 
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to perform technical feasibility studies and translate business goals into robust software requirements. 
• System Integration: Architect and implement secure integrations between applications and third-party platforms using RESTful APIs, incorporating OCR and Machine Learning models for advanced data processing. 
• CMS Strategy: Lead the development of high-impact websites using WordPress, leveraging templates and page builders like Elementor to deliver rapid, polished web solutions. 
• Performance Engineering: Conduct advanced debugging and SQL query optimization to ensure high system uptime, speed, and data integrity. 
• Server & DevOps Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure and server administration (Ubuntu/KVM), managing root access, security protocols, and seamless deployments. 
• Full-Cycle Deployment: Manage the complete CI/CD lifecycle across platforms like Vercel and private VPS environments to ensure smooth production releases. 
• Quality Assurance: Establish coding standards, perform rigorous code reviews, and maintain best practices in Python and JavaScript development to ensure long-term maintainability. 

Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of successful web and mobile application launches. 
• Full Stack Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend Python frameworks (FastAPI). 
• Database Expert: Deep knowledge of SQL database design, indexing, and performance tuning for data-heavy applications. 
• Mobile Development: Solid experience in developing and deploying applications for both Android and iOS platforms. 
• Problem Solver: Exceptional analytical skills to solve complex architectural challenges, particularly in server management and AI integration. 
• Agile Leadership: Proven ability to manage project timelines and lead technical initiatives in an Agile environment. 

 Technical Skills 

• Web Development: Next.js, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3. 
• Backend & AI: Python, FastAPI, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), Machine Learning integration. 
• Mobile: Android & iOS Development (Cross-platform or Native). 
• CMS: WordPress (Template-based development, Elementor, Plugin configuration). 
• Database: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Database Architecture. 
• Infrastructure: Linux Server Administration (Ubuntu, KVM, SSH), Root Access Management. 
• Tools & Deployment: Git/GitHub, Vercel, VPS Deployment, RESTful APIs.
