Anaplan Solution Architect 

JOB MISSION:
Architect and deliver enterprise-class Anaplan connected planning solutions that support key strategic and operational objectives. Act as the technical and functional leader, aligning Anaplan platform implementation with complex business processes and driving adoption through best practices in solution design and execution. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Experience: 

• 10+ years experience in enterprise planning and EPM solutions with at least 4 years as an Anaplan Solution Architect or senior consultant. 
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Anaplan implementations and complex solution design for diverse business functions.  

Skills: 

• Deep functional knowledge in Financial Planning, Supply Chain Management (SCM) Planning Solutions, and Workforce Planning. 
• Expertise in Anaplan model architecture, ALM, API integrations, and scalability principles. 
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and translating business requirements into technical models.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead solution design, architecture, and deployment of Anaplan models aligned with financial, SCM, and workforce planning domains. 
• Collaborate extensively with key business and IT stakeholders for needs gathering and model validation. 
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to model builders and cross-functional teams. 
• Monitor project delivery, manage risks, and champion change management including training and adoption strategies. 

Certification Requirement: 

• Relevant Anaplan certification is mandatory, including at least the Anaplan Certified Solution Architect certification, which requires successful completion of the Anaplan Platform Certification Path and submission of a Design Review application demonstrating technical competence. 

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related discipline. 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise planning systems with Anaplan architecture leadership. 

MUST EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Master Anaplanner, plus experience in agile delivery models. 
• Exposure to cloud platforms and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
